Refund and return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned like:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

      • Gift cards

      • Downloadable software products

      • Some health and personal care items

      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

      • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

      • Worn and used items

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

    If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

    If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Refund@andanifortune.com.

    Sale Items
    Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or the size does not fit.
    To request an exchange for the same item, email us at Exchange@andanifortune.com.

    Shipping Returns
    To return your product, please log a return on our website.
    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
